Bought two of these on sale at £8 each, going to start one next week. My question is, what is the best way to maximise the flavour of these kits? Should I just use both together with no sugar at 40 pints (toucan?) or do one at a time possibly brewed short to 20 litres with some brew enhancer/ spraymalt/ hop tea?
