What are your guesses for which variety of hops? Growing wild in Copenhagen

Unfortunately I don't know the answer either. They don't smell that strong but I wonder if that is just because they haven't been dried...

Where are they? Are they free for you to pick. If it was me I'd just pick some, google how to use wet hops or how to dry them out and just put them in a small brew length brew as flavour/aroma hops to see what they turned out like

I'm with you MQ, I couldn't pass up an opportunity like that.

Denmark = carlsberg?

In which case are probably the best hops in the world. Or whatever hops they use in carlsberg.

My dad has wild hops growing in his allotment but he reckons they haven't flowered this year, very annoyed as I was going to do a small batch with them.

They are growing on the fence of a car mechanics yard. Harvestable from the street. I was hoping for the Denmark = Mikkeller hops. But most homebrew clones of carslberg are saying Hallertau. I have never used Hallertau so can't really say whether the smell like the real deal or not

I would pick them dry them and use them in split batches with what I thought might be the nearest commercial variety, and see if there is much of a difference
