Well after the success of the tomatoe wine, ive decided to give this one ago. I honestly think im going mad. So ladies and gentlemen i give you, TOMATOE and SWEETCORN and CURRANT wine. :sick:

Well all into the bucket. not added any sugar as yet. Going to let it stew for about 5 days to let the flavor of the ingredients come through. Ony added 4ltrs of boiling water, so will top it up in 5 days time with 1kg of sugar in 1 ltr of water and the will fement on the pulp for another 4 or 5 days and then will strain it all into a DJ and see how it goes.

It really is time I relinquished my title, I may ferment some freaky things but I'm not THAT chuffin' weird!

Add some curry powder along with Ev's chicken and you've got the makings of a alcoholic vindaloo.
