Hi ..
I wanted a bit of advice.I have got myself a one gallon or 5 litre orange container full of orange. It's not the concentrated stuff but it's sugar free but just wondered would I need to add any concentrated orange juice as well to this to make some wine? I can add castor sugar or normal sugar.I have the wine yeast for making white wine, would that be OK too?
Here are the pics..

I am itching to make my first batch.I have got the
campden tabs
Potassium Sorbate
Super Wine Yeast Compound
Pectolase
All purpose White Wine Yeast

Any bit of advice would be great..cheers

That stuff's likely to have preservatives that will stop the yeast, that'd need to be heated off. Then, to get to wine strength, it'll need a kilo of sugar. And then the existing sweetener will still be in it...
