I have a pineapple and mango creation on the go.... and seeing as I have some spare shoeboxes I thought.... competition time!

The nearest og & fg guess wins something from my sig or a bottle of the above mentioned and a never used lakeland capper (nope this wasn't an unwanted xmas present)

Here's the recipe:

4 litres Tesco Pinapple Juice
4 litres Morrisons Mango juice drink
2Kg Extra light DME
500g DWE
MJ 02 Cider yeast
Topped up to 20.75 litres.

Closing Date : when I take FG (25th probably)

It is hop free, Cos cider is. I like to think of it as a cider for those who don't like cider. I do have hop extract available if it needs a bit of bitterness to balance it

Thanks, there will be some finishing gravity in my view so would be interesting how it is without any bittering. I’ll go for 1.060 - 1.008.

Well I bottled it today. 50+ bottles to be precise Not bitter extremely hard to describe although the sample was very drinkable I'm really looking forward to the carbonation tester. It will be a lovely change from my usual brews. Results will be announced on the 25th.
