Which malt would be best for making a golden ale
I am confused as to which one to use
Only do biab brews or partial mashes but now buy Irish Pale Malt from Geterbrewed along with the Irish lager malt and am happy with both:thumb:
Dang you guys can get a sack for under 20? Here in Japan a 25 kg sack is around 9000 yen. That's 62 pounds! Jeez if I could get grain at that price I'd be brewing everyday. Just asking but how much are hops? I pay 5 for 100g.

I did an AG Pale Ale earlier this year but used so much grain that it came in at nearly 7% ABV.
