Maturing at present,Redcurrant-Raspberry-Ginger-Apple/Pear-Damson-Red Plum :shock:-Beaverdale Rioja & tc i must do some bottling soon :D
 
10g elderberry & blackberry,fermented out to 990 & racked twice since september been stored in 5g glass carbouys maturing.
Hopefully this will be good for xmas this year. :cheers:
 
Started two gallons of blackberry and elderberry wine this morning :D
it's fermenting like :x :thumb:
and i have just barreled a EDME lager kit. :thumb: :cheers:

I wasn't knocking them, I brewed a couple when I came back to the hobby and before I crossed over, they were quite acceptable :cheers:
 
I have just started two Gallons of spicy Banana wine.

ingredients:for one gallon.
2kL-bananas.
1lt-white grape juice.
1kL-sugar.
8-cloves.
2tbls-honey.
1-lemon(juice only no pith)
1tsp-GP yeast compound.
half tsp-tannin.
2tbls-glycerine.(optional)
250g-banana skins(optional)
 
I have started a gallon of orange cordial and honey wine :thumb:
as well as a gallon of sloe berry wine :D
both wine's are fermenting very well. :thumb:

and 40 pint's of EDME Lager in the fermenting BIN. :D
 
Fermenting:
1 Gallon Cranberry and Echinacea Tea bag wine my 1st wine!
1 gallon orange wurzel my 1st wurzel!
40 pints AG Old Thumper
40 pints cascade/munich ale wlp 005 yeast
40 pints cascade/munich ale SO5 Yeast as comparison to yeast taste differences

doing Leffe next with captured Duvel yeast, Tuesday I hope.
