What should I brew?

Hi all,

I have some old malt that is past it's best (officially) and I intend to use most of it (with or without other additions) in a user-upper brew.
I'm looking for some inspiration on what style to go for.
This is what I have to use up:

• 5kg of Maris Otter
• 510g Caramalt
• 500g Carahell
• 470g of Carafa Special III

I don't necessarily have to use all of it, but would like to use most, and I do have a reasonably broad selection of hops, yeast, and other fermentables that can be added.

I've added a screenshot of what it looks like all chucked into Brewfather.

My initial thought was maybe something like a schwarzbier/black lager, but I'd appreciate any ideas!

(Brewday is this Saturday - So something will be brewed anyway!)

All i can say almost all my best brews have been user uppers, I would go for it, and at that abv you can drown yours sorrows if it is only just drinkable

Depending on your hops you could turn it into something like an Extra Special Bitter / Strong Ale, or a Dunkel maybe.

I like the idea of a Dunkel. Not something I have tried before, and I have some Hallertauer hops so that might be a goer!
