I've used "Art of Brewing' for the first time today as I didn't need much and their minimum order for free delivery is only £49 (lowest I've found). I did pay an extra £2 for express 24hour delivery, so we'll see if it comes tomorrow.
Had an email to say it's despatched, so customer service is good so far. I'll have to wait and see what condition the goods sre in when they arrive.

Oh... they have a reasonable range, but by no means exhaustive.

This is my local shop but due to work always find it hard to get there on a weekend, its great now Cliff is online, he always offers a top service.

I stick with Rob, The Malt Miller :thumb:

He certainly provides me with the standard of service I like :D

....the advice is good  and free ;)

... and there's always 'the craic' on the phone when I suddenly realise I'd forgotten to order something

Can't fault him :thumb:

i too use malt miller and i must say brilliant service , i order after hours on a night time and by the next am i get an email saying despatched and delivered the following day so not even 2 working days before i have my order , so other online shops can take many days even weeks and malt millers stuff is excellent too ( true german grain for my wheat beers ) :thumb:

Credit where it's due, I placed an order with The Brewshop in Stockport, because there was stuff I needed which I couldn't get from my LHBS or our other forum sponsors.

Order placed Tuesday afternoon, payment taken and goods despatched yesterday, arrived today.

Never used them before, wouldn't hesitate to use them again :thumb:

I'm spoilt for LHBS where I live, but for hops and grain Rob at Malt Miller remains my first choice.:-D
