what hops would go with this?

just mashed this ready for boil in morning ,what hops /schedule would compliment it
4.75kg maris otter
250g roast barley
250g wheat malt
200g crystal 120
150g roast wheat malt

hop choice from following
bram x
pacific gem
bobek
cascade
ekg
fuggles
nothdown yeast from saf 04/05 or windsor

got 38L at 1040 pre boil grav any suggestions welcome :

I agree with Rob, but would use Bram X as Aroma hops.

just cleaned up after abusy day ,planned to get 2nd mash on 15 mins from end of 1st boil only to find HLT wouldnt work think i might have let water run a bit low in it yesterday so possible element failure [ its me dads so thats yet another project for him] so upshot was i had to wait till boiler was empty to heat water for 2nd brew

anyway from above 1st brew went with
20g pacific gem 90
30g bobek 15
20g bram x 5
20g bram x 0
15g bram x 80c
saf 05
25L 1048

2nd brew was Big Cascade
5.7 maris otter
350g crystal 120
250g wheat malt
150 roast wheat malt

10g pacific gem
10g bobek
10g cascade all 90
20g cascade 15
20g " 5
20g " 0
15g " 90c
15g " 80c steep 15mins

34L @1045 , 2 paks saf04

it finally hit home today that i'd been losing to much to evaporation so after i hit a rolling boil knocked boiler down to just over half way still kept it just over 100c and ended up with about 4L more compared to previous sized brews.
Time for a well earned pint now while wife n kids watch crap factor :grin:
