Update...... Well it's closer to a Belgian beer than a Dunkel! Very much like Leffe Bruin. Much so, as its 6.2%. 7 weeks old now. Quite pleased with it, though I could've diluted it by another litre methinks to tame the sweetness.

The sweetness has now rounded off to a more fruity, caramel aspect, but it's light drinking and very nice now
