Did my first ever “real” lager today. I usually cheat and use a Cali Common yeast but I’m not today. I chilled the wort down to 24 degrees but it wasn’t moving after that so I stopped there. It’s now in the FV in the brew fridge. When it gets down to about 12 degrees I’ll pitch two packs of CML Hell.
