A weekend access all areas ticket for the open championship at royal birkdale in 2017. I know it's not brewing related but it's still pretty awesome.

I'll wear my HBF tee shirt to make sure I stand out [emoji6]

I had forgotten about the T-shirts, soon be summer

I'm pretty chuffed with what I got for Christmas. My cousin runs a pub and has organised a brew day for us both at One Mile End Brewery. If I can convince him that I've got a recipe that will sell we might be able to brew one of my beers that he will sell in his pub.

I also got a £50 HBC voucher and a Thermapen calibrated digital thermometer, so I won't need to worry about how accurate my cheapo ikea one is.

+1 for thermapen. I love it.

T-shirts!? Where do I get one of those?

Unfortunately we do not sell them, dan125 made them for a group of members, i cannot remember how many but he needs a certain number before it is worth printing them, if there is enough interest dan may be willing to do another batch, i will get in touch and if so open a thread.

I would certainly be interested in one if you can get the numbers.🍺

Actually, I think that as a Forum we missed an opportunity there!

Imagine the conversation that goes ...

"Look at this love.
A tee shirt for the Home Brew Forum and only a few quid.
I wish I had one to wear over Christmas!
I'm a 'Large' by the way."

The last sentence is obviously fictitious, ...

... but least some of us would have had a decent Christmas present.

As predicted.

Leon, what happens? Got mine, stirred it in the glass for more than 10 seconds and nothing happens. Expected a "boil over".

Looks like it's faulty?

I will do another video. Have you got the batteries in the right way. I just dunk mine in for 3 seconds, no swirling. Loads of bubbles come form a nice head.

If you beer is flat it won't do anything, it needs co2 to create a head.

A video would be a great help.

Batteries are in the correct way, there is some kind of vibration but it's very weak.

The beer is carbonated but a weaker head than I would like.

Where is it from? I don't get any vibration, it's ultra sonic.
