What causes all this trub

Yeah biab, some good ideas there guys, in that fv in the photo there must be at least 4 or 5l of ale that will be lost it's going in pb in the morning, ? can I harvest some of it for later use, sorry for late reply I have been watching my beloved Liverpool

The last BIAB I did was using fine crush grains. I ordered these because I thought this would just increase efficiency but it also produced so much more trub, a lot of which ended up being transferred to the FV unfortunately. Bottling was a complete nightmare and there are quite a few bottles that have subsequently ended up with some significant trub in them. Will this settle to the bottom and stick much like the usual sediment does or do you think I’m going to end up losing a lot more of my beer during the pour now?
