Just opened a 25cl. Beautiful colour and smell. Just shy of 4 weeks in the bottle and not fully carbed and can taste a bit of priming sugar, which detracts from the crispness., It's going to be lovely, though, when it's ready. I don't know why I have a taster before a full six weeks has passed as bottle conditioning nearly always takes that long. I've started reusing 5L kegs and conditioning takes half the time for some strange reason. Will try another at the end of the month.Still drinking mine - let me know if thought it was anygood
