GH saison..

Bit of a mixed bag. Went to Sainsbury's earlier for supplies.

Brewdog independent pale ale - it was half price. But even at half price, I won't be buying it again.
Radical Road - solid.
Gamma Ray - was thinking of doing a clone but seriously doubt I will now. Wasn't that impressed.
Stone IPA - recently got a clone recipe so thought I'd refresh my memory. Won't be doing a clone of this either.
Homebrew - Probably my preferred choice tonight. Go figure!

I only used 600 grams for a 20 litre brew. Probably double that the next time
I just checked on the rye and smells good, yet to taste it, will do this next weekend when put in secondary and dry hop. In meantime tried the raspberry wheat beer I bottled and tastes better than thought. Put cherry milkshake IPA in secondary so fingers crossed on that one as never done one before

A short afternoon dable in the pub due to a colleague retirement...two Tribute and three Ghost Ship.
Now onto the home brew....and Indian takeaway....

Ale, lager, tripel, the order depends on how I find them in the fridge. And if the mead is in front, oh well. That's drinkable too.

Hey hands up! There are days when I drive to the offi and pick up a chilled 4 pack of Carling just to get that crisp thirst quencher (which it is for me). Nothing wrong with it! Cheers
There's nothing wrong with a nice cup of tea, but it's not beer, Jim, not as we know it, anyway.

Beer o'clock on a warm autumn afternoon took the top off a dry Irish stout while checking the progress of my winter veggie seedlings.

what am I drinking tonight? - don't know i'll let you know if I get there. I Finished night shift 7.00am so now it's beer o'clock...

William Brothers Rubus Grapefruit ipa - not bad for a beer from aldi athumb..

Did you source that in the UK?

Sure did, got myself a local contact. Tenner a can but I dont mind paying it, I pay £9 for a cloudwater.
Its cheap in the states though. 20 bucks for a 4 pack. This was this week's selection but goes quick. Tree House next week. He had Pliny the Elder but I ain't paying £30 a bottle
