Not beer but I am drinking some homemade wine - for an experiment I just tried fermenting out a demijohn of wine made from those polish fruit cordials - raspberry and cherry. I think I used three in one demijohn. It's not too bad, crystal clear now and better with splash of lemonade. Makes for a decent alcopop

But it's not Caines Christmas Ale, but one of Rob's Recipes of Malt Miller fame called Twisted Stout. Very nice and easy drinking.

Red ale brewed in october what a lovely beer malty good mouth feel and head I would pay for this in a pub, my Ag brewing has reached a new level
