Friday night treet for me cantillon Saint lamvinus, blend of merlot grapes and lambic aged in oak casks. Has a mild fruity nose with that distinctive cantillon funk, taste is slightly tart cherry and funky with a nice dry finish this is so good! I need to go back to Belgium and this time bring lots of this home. View attachment 19140

Drinking a pint of my Honey Ale brewed from GH's recipe book, its nice got a lovely malty sweet flavour and nice aroma, also has the best head retention of any i've brewed so far.

My neipa, recipe in progress, smells wonderful, very fruity but still a bitter aftertaste, 7.2% so still makes me happy

A very nice GH brown porter. This time with Wilko Gervin...totally pour friendly..lovely chocolate flavours,great head and nice colour.

Brew York "Skoda war" cherry and tonka bean quad 11.5%, tastes more like 6 you could get seriously messy on this

Wilko mexican cerveza ,,light spray malt,50g dry hopped(cascade leaf),gervin ale yeast.Its nice! youre only as wealthy as you are healthy so good health everybody, cheers!

New brewery to me steam machine ddh sour cherry dipa. Apparently sour mashed, not very sour at all but tons of cherry maybe the lactose cancels it out some.

Looks similar to what I've just brewed then but with more hops and I had not lactose so nothing like it....
