Drinking a pale ale I made from mixing kits not quite ready to please the masses but homebrew test ready

Just tried a bottle of Coopers English Bitter and WOW, it really is bitter. Hoping another couple of weeks in the bottle will settle the flavours a bit!

My Simply Bitter which has just come good in the last week or so.
Lovely colour, bit too much head from the PB but ok if you pour it slowly, and a lovely head retention with lacing too.

If I do this again, and I think I will, I will dry hop it. It's a respectable pint equal to what I've had at a pub and it has been a learning experience tasting it every so often to see how the flavour develops. The slightly chemical twang in the finish has mellowed and is almost non-existant now. It certainly needed more time to get where it is now.

I'm learning patience is needed for conditioning!

Called in the local after my cycle and had another dortmunder Union, it's really becoming my favourite, especially in Themis weather

Drinking a pale ale the wife is on the cherry wheat as its to dry for me

I have another 'test' bottle of my Galaxy,El Dorado and Bravo pale ale and 2 Proper Jobs in the fridge. If I fancy anything else then I'll move onto some Gentleman Jack.

There's a Championship Ale 7.3%, sitting in my fridge - just waiting for me:drink::drink::drink:

Opened another bottle of my Ginger Beer I wasn't happy about and omg it's amazing!! It changed so much. Proper fizzy and the taste us beyond thus world. At ABV 7% I might have quite a night ahead I me! :D

Just cracked open my vanilla porter, just over two weeks in the bottle and already tasting lovely. Not too much vanilla but enough to taste it

Went to Marks and Sparks before and got their Salted Caramel Porter, double hopped citra ipa, black ipa, lowland glebe amber and a Sierra nevada pale Ale.

I'm having the Porter as I type, I can't taste the Salted Caramel but it's still a decent Porter, a distinct roasted flavour.

I've just had a Calypso, by Siren Craft Brew. I like it. I like it a lot actually. Its a sour wheat beer dry hopped with New World hops. It doesn't really taste like a beer at all, more like a light cider or a bitter lemonade. Really surprising and very pleasant. Mmmm....
