Cider from my first ever batch. This was in a tall swing -top bottle and I noticed some bubbles at the top over the last few days. Sure enough it's nearly flat but very drinkable - and pretty strong.
That bottle will need a little metal bending of the swing top before I put something else in there. :?

St Peters Ruby tonight. Just over 3 months in mini keg, it's not a bad drink now.

Local co-op is selling this stuff.

I bought another that's buiried at the back of the fridge now the missus has come home via Tesco with reduced delights.

Anyway.

This ain't bad

They're selling a rye version of this now to. Very nice ;-)

I'm going to have an Oud Vlaams Bruin, an Ambiorix, a bottle of the rye IPA Aldi have started selling (not a bad drop for £1.09!) and then one more of my own if I'm still in the mood - maybe the attempt I made at a black IPA that went badly wrong. Still drinkable, but very weird tasting.

Then I'm going to get up in the morning and make my first extract brew - an attempted clone of The Kernel's Double Citra IPA. 9.8%!!

I discovered this week that M&S in Perth have started stocking some pretty nice looking Gernan and Belgian beers alongside it's real ale and craft beer so I've picked up a Paulaner Hefeweizen for tonight.

I have just started a mini keg of my Belgian blonde. Lovely flavour but no carbonation. Not sure if the keg wasn't sealed or not enough sugar. Still going down well, could always put a little lemonade in with it

Gin and tonic. It's summer!

I. Bloody. Love. Gin and tonic. I could drink it til it came out of my ears.

I'm waiting on my bottle swap bottle to cool a bit then I'll sup that.

I've just had some Japanese wheat beer with orange, coriander and nutmeg in it and a picture of an owl on it. Can't remember what it was called and I've pulled the label off the bottle now. Soz.

I'm now having a Knob Creek.... Calm down, it's a bourbon.

Haters gonna hate. FTP

Are you ****** already?

I had (past tense) two bottles of my Coopers Cerveza that SWMBO and my daughter bullied me into brewing, then I had two cans of Becks standing outside a pub up the road from me, we have a very expensive pub, a very cheap shop and a green outside the pub. Then two bottles of Abbot in the Irish pub (my local) and lastly a bottle of Simply's Yorkshire Bitter. Time for dinner now and slip into oblivion, it's been a tough week.

Did they threaten you and say "you better brew that beer or your dead outside!!"

I am only jealous, wish my other half pressureised me into brewing more

They don't like the dark ales and stout so I grabbed a Coopers Cerveza in the Tesco sale and got it on sharpish, they had their first bottle a week after it was bottled last Saturday. I'm just going to leave it all to them, at 5.8% we'll see how they get on.
