Had a bottle of Cromarty AKA IPA that's been in the fridge for a week. I keep saying it, but Cromarty make some absolutely outstanding beers, yet to have one below brilliant. That said bloody expensive at 3.60 a bottle!

After that have opened a bottle of my Youngs harvest lager, completely at the other end of the cost scale at 25p a bottle but still a decent drop.

Started with my own saison. 2 weeks in the bottle and nowhere near ready. Tried one last week and it shot out of the bottle but tasted lovely. Today's offering was really flat and tasteless

Coopers Euro Lager with my Friday night pizza. Then a Youngs AIPA whilst putting the Christmas tree up (I build she decorates). Now gonna get another AIPA. Stiuff I didn't make but got in fridge :a Cromarty Rogue Wave, Founders All Day IPA and Samuel Smith India Ale. See how the night goes.

I wish I put more than four bottles in the fridge. Currently on my Weissbier. I do have a random homebrew from a few years back. Could be a lager or a pear cider. It's a 750ml bottle

delerium tremens atm. with a pizza. the pizza base was made with wilko's gervin yeast as i did'nt have bread yeast in the house.tbh it's better if you like thin and crispy.

Just opened the Founders All Day IPA. Declared IBU of 42 but have to say I'm not picking up much bitterness at all which is quite disappointing. Has quite a strong hop aroma but lacks flavour hit. All in not overly impressed so won't be buying again. Not a patch on anything the Cromarty guys make, which I will be moving on to very soon!

I am now on my honey ale. Its been 6 months in the bottle and to begin with very disappointing. Never tasted like I had hoped and was over primed. I now open two at a time in a jug to sort the over spill. But now it is tasting rather nice, really smooth and calmed down a lot.

Oops...didn't take her until midnight to get the hump. Heeheehee, strange chaps, women.....
