Mint tea (my own blend of Chinese yunnan tea and Moroccan mint). I'm trying not to drink mon-weds due to expanding waistline, which I attribute to the beer. And not at all my complete lack of exercise.

Retrospectively I was drinking a coffee molé stout. Warms the cockles

Tonight i've had one of my Razorback IPA, which after about 3 months is finally starting to taste nice, sadly one of the last few Nelson pales and my new favourite - Falconer's Flight IPA. Used Pilsner Malt in a partial mash and really like the results. So much so that I might try an all Pilsner AG IPA soon.

Thornbridge 'Rhubarbe De Saison' Homebrew challenge 2015 winner!

Certainly interesting. A definite rhubarb 'tartness' to this beer. Very interesting indeed...

I dont drink mon-wed to give the ol' liver a rest. I do have a few thursday pm which technically means 1/2 a week on the wagon, 1/2 a week off! (bank holiday mondays excluded

whoops!

a 500ml bottle of golden haze
then a 750ml bottle of goudenbrand
and a 355ml brooklyn double choc stout....
finished off with a 500ml bottle of my night-hawk.

which is obviously far too much

Been out to a local restaurant and had two excellent beers from Grey Trees. Diggers Gold and Valley Porter. Impressed with their beers. Their Afghan Pale Ale is superb, as was the Mosaic I had at Cardiff Brewfest earlier in the year. Worth watching out for.

I have had a bottle of my Weissbier (plus have of the wifes) and two bottles of my American Pale Ale which as only been 2 weeks in the bottle but I can't get enough of it.

couple of surfers revenge, getting thru it slowly, followed by a bottle of pendle witches brew and a quick snifter of the evil dog dbl ipa after a fortnight in keg, luvly jubbly

Was working on the Shetlands last week and had a good sample of the local beer from the Valhalla brewery, some very nice beers indeed.

Tonight I will be sinking a few Anchor IPA's by Anchor Brewing & some East India Pale Ale's by Brooklyn, not bad for Dubai (not bloody cheap either though)!

I'm also lucky enough to have a few tins from Modern Times Brewery and, what I'm really excited about, the Black Eyed King Imp from BrewDog. Ooooooooh yes! These were courtesy of my other half's sister who is visiting from Scotland. :-)

Working in Wimbledon today so going to pop to By The Horns for a couple of jars once I've clocked off and see what they have on offer :)

Mead.
Got a cold, and my wife says my mead tastes like Lockets.
Seems to be working...
