I’m trying a small experiment by drinking my Doppelbock from a wineglass. The Doppelbock is 8.8% so is strong enough (maybe) to be drunk like a wine. The objective is to drink two or three pints of an evening rather than five or six - my version of dry January! It is a bit moreish though

My top pick of the new hops I tried last year, this will get brewed again.

Just packing the van for a weekend in the Peak District, hopefully we’ll miss most of the bad weather. There can’t be much left of my red rye IPA.
