I must be a fan of Mosaic hops as this is very nice.
Pacific looks good.Bottled 28 long necks of Bass clone, really shouldn't have. I was in two minds whether to tip or bottle. I have never had a beer come out of cold crash cloudy, I think the thermowell may be the culprit it was clear going in. Going to give it a few days and open a bottle, though it tasted alright whatever has infected it hasn't been able to work in 0 degrees C.

Last couple of pints of Pacific ale, have really enjoyed this batch and will brew again with a change in the timing of hop additions.

The ship and mitre at the bottom of dale street. Lovely selection of cask and craft stuff including Belgian and German Bottles. Who are you going to hear
I am slowly comeing round to the fact that simple is best and if I want a fancy beer it is best to buy it, I understand the hobby is to push your self but why waste pounds on ingredients for failure, this brew is so simple pale malt, biscuit, roasted barley, target, ekg and jester and it is bloody fantastic and will get better View attachment 105606
