Productive day today, 3 black pudding loaves made this morning. Then out to the green house to set seeds for my winter veg, got everything in bar the peas. A nice pint of Poes Boston Bitter after planting.

Couldn't resist trying a slice of black pudding while it was still warm.

Both black pudding and beer were delicious!

Well the thin (Pedigree style bitter) beer had Maltodexdrin, priming sugar and finings added, waited for 6 days in the house and then 4 days in the garage. Pulled the first one today. Needs another day to lose the extra carbonation but tastes great...Not as much mouthfeel as I aimed for but very nice.

My stout has only been in the fermenter for four days
