This Belgian single has conditioned really nicely after 6 weeks.
It's lost a certain funkiness from the yeast I was picking up initially, now more as I was expecting from the style.
Extra pale MO and Vienna malts, bittered with Tettnang and late addition/hopstand with Styrian Goldings.
