Trying @Alastair70 Irish red ale. Was warned that the carbonation was on the his side.
Great colour and clarity, high carbonation
Aroma of sweet toffee and Carmel, taste is similar. Good solid level of bitterness. Nice beer that really improved as the carbonation settled out.

I thought it was a good idea to end my day after several bottles of wine with dinner with a 750ml bottle of 7.5% lambic and 4 bottles of delirium 8.5%.
It seems it wasn’t such a good idea after all

My Patersbier was what I sent in the Secret Santa, pleased with this for a first attempt and it was just Pilsner Malt, Saaz and WLP500

My latest American Pale, very happy with it, but can't help but think it needs to be a little more hoppy.
