Few glasses of this Single hop Columbus American Brown ale, while pottering in the shed.
A small batch I made after making an AAA with a similar grain bill; pale malt, light Munich, Caramel and extra dark Crystal.
For this I added chocolate malt ( 1% ).
I have 3 kegs nearing their end and an APA cold crashing, trying to work out which is emptiest
so having a few of each !

Treated to @matt76 3rd placed February 22 Dark Ales beer for my first one this afternoon.

Its very easy drinking, coffee and piney hop aroma, very dark, thin head which lasts down the glass. Flavour, coffee, chocolate with some lingering hop/malt bitterness. Medium to full bodied. Delicious, I'll have another please barman.

First little sample of my Italian Pils MK2. This is hopped with Spalter Select & Saphir. No patience, only been a week in the keg. Tastes good just needs to crisp up and clarity to improve. Give it another taste in a couple of weeks.
