I’ve just finished bottling my third batch of Turbo cider so thought I better try the first bottle of my second batch, I forgot to add Pectolase to this one which may explain the slight haze but taste wise it is as nice as the first, just nice bone dry cider.

Enjoying this Diamond Pilsener I kegged a couple of months ago while it lasts,
Extra pale pilsener, Vienna malt and Hallertau Mittelfruh.
Brewed this twice with MJ54 but this yeast works much better.

A couple of Verdant ales sat in the garden enjoying the evening sun with my daughter.

I was looking at regulators yesterday, is there a difference between 30/70 and pure nitro? The gas distributor has both and I wasn't sure what the difference is.

I suspect the pure nitro is for use in a mixer arrangement.

Another long day. Just got home. Roast dinner and a Belgian pale.

Photo makes it look darker than it is, I am worried it is a rad too dark though.

Dry stout, not on nitro but I think it looks pretty good. Wasn't a clone but closest to O'Hara's to my palate.

First taste of my latest oatmeal stout. Very early days, but I was curious. Verdict: well pleased. Will improve much further I'm sure, but only 13 days in the bottle, I'll aim to leave the batch another ten days or so before I taste again. Not worth taking a pic cos no pretty head on it yet, but I reckon the carbonation level is fine and all will be good in time.

Wife wanted some Imperial stout so we split one. Nothing much can follow an Imperial stout. Respect.
