I saw this on the shelf at the supermarket today and couldn’t remember how it tastes so I’m having one now to remind myself. It’s not massively hoppy or bitter but is a nice clean beer nonetheless.

I’m happy to take the blame for the Tripel but not so much the Duvel Citra - I wasn’t so keen and was disappointed with that one.

There was a time (early 80s) when it was fairly hoppy and almost revolutionary compared with other US, even UK, beers, but as you say by today's standards it's simply a really nice pale ale. Actually, I must get myself some...

Not totally decided yet, but my kegged Chocolate Oatmeal Stout might get its first pour tonight using my recently purchased Nukatap with stout spout and Nitro. If not, it'll be MJ Juicy Session IPA.

A pint of the Helicopter Pale from Cheshire Cat's recipe. Lovely stuff. Up there with Bells 2 Hearted and Sierra Nevada for me. Good job as I've got the three hops varieties growing. Chinook, Centennial and Cascade.
