Several drinks down and all my Christmas dinner prep is done, except for another layer of glaze on the ham. Phew!

Time for my super special, extra strong Santa Claus beer. I've been aging this for over a year now and it is beautiful.

You know those beers you buy and then instantly regret. This is one of them, bought last year along with the glazed ham version. Both in the sewers.

Yeah I had one of those, horrible.

Saved this for Christmas Eve.
12.5% imperial Brett stout. Whiskey is subtle as it says. Easy drinking as the Brett makes it dry. 750ml bottle so it’s like a good red wine. Very nice and best of all free.

Next up, this Mild from Lincoln Green - 'Big Ben', or as it should be known, drain pour. Wierd garlic / rotten meat aftertaste. No rank smell, so I've no idea what it was but down the sink it went. Gutted.

Had more luck with this beauty, another old strong mild;
