This has been on my to try list for a while so I was very happy to find it in the little beer shop that has materialised in nearby Howden. All the prep is done for dinner tomorrow so I am having a reward.

This is my Oakham Citra AG copy. Still good but less intense. Maybe my tastebuds need more of a kick or the aroma is fading or it is just a bit cold or perhaps a bit of all three? If I just get through the batch sooner that will eliminate one factor! Happy Christmas!

First go on my Perle Pilsner, with which I have been uncharateristically patient Praise be to the @foxbat for the recipe inspiration.

This is the cleanest, best example of a lager by FAR that I have produced.

A pint of my latest from my pyramid pale series. Hopped with Talus, simcoe and Idaho 7. Looks a lot darker in the photo but a lovely fruity candy flavour. Glad it's got past the packaging shock stage ready for Xmas.

First up..another beer swap off Oneflewover. Now I'm not good with strong beers so was a bit apprehensive with this one....a Belgian quad!
Never had a quad before..I decided to drink it while wrapping my last few presents.
A very deceiving beer...Nice,quite easy drinking...then my eyes went funny!

After my last few kegs of lager veing a massive PITA to pour, I have just rigged up the nits and pieces I ordered for a party tap. Couple of 3/8 to 3/16 connectors and a length of 3/16 tubing.
