I almost had an major incident involving the loss of my entire beer and a smashed glass, but my quick reactions saved the day. The baking cupboard is hazardous!

It’s not too bad, it’s three degrees and there’s not much wind. Some years ago my wife’s old nan, when told it was three degrees outside, asked “Who’s Freeda Greaves?”

Next up a carb test of my Rye IPL. It's malty and a bit spicy with some caramel notes. It'll be very nice once the yeast has calmed down a bit.
