Last night I cracked open a bottle of Kona Big Wave hoppy golden ale clone which has now been conditioning for nearly two months.
First one was slightly cloudy but the rest were crystal clear.
Nice and fresh, will be doing another in the new year.

This is a wilko ipa, I kegged it 3days ago I also used cml Lille saison yeast, it has a very orange flunky taste but it’s a nice flunk I I like it
