Czech Pilsner next. I’m not really a lager person, and I brew this for other family membersbut I think even this might be more exciting than the Pale Ale. Shame.

Interesting and not bad at all. Doesn't have any of the citrus or much of the stonefruit that you get with the usual hops, it's much more on the earthy side. But it's pretty drinkable nonetheless

having another glass of Belgian while the wife has a mango and passion fruit sour.
bit too cold in the brew shed for the beers but a warm up in the house will work.
