I think they ought to call it ‘Corna!’ Just tastes like corn flakes! Not complaining though…. I can feel a lime cerveza coming on!

Beginning of the end for the Irish Red V1. Need to get the keg emptied so I can get on and brew the new and improved recipe. It really is very tasty. This might be like the time I finally got the American Amber right and decided I actually liked the one before it better

Another dry stout tonight. Will either be doing this again or oatmeal stout next after I get the American IPA bottled at the weekend.

Stellar effort from the malt miller tonight, I think I am converted to lager! Really like it but a little unsure of the creamy mouth feel. Not stopping me going back for a second

All this talk of stout has got me on this Imperial I made. Nice but treacley. I like treacle, but this is a bit too intense. Is that the dark malt extract?
