I do. These are beers in my King Kegs and intended for longer term maturation. I have a RIS that I’ve not tasted for weeks - must try that one and see how it’s coming on.

I should say this is only possible because I have 23 kegs so can afford to ignore a couple for a while.
23 kegs! I thought you were around 12. If I were you I would convert 3-4 strictly for geuze and make some amazing blends.

Do you bring beer to your homebrew club meetings?

As I was telling the chaps on the HBT sister-site, KBS outranks and outflanks the Dragon's Milk. Dragon's Milk is still a totally solid stout though.

Next two from the Kernel Casw

Export India Porter 6.1%. Hops unknown. Excellent. I've tried this before and enjoyed it again. Lovely combo of dark toasty malts and perky hops. Much hoppier than some Porters. I think I have a recipe for this somewhere, should brew some for Christmas.

Bière de Saison. Sour Cherry. 5.0%. This might be the best sour fruit beer I have tried. Brilliant balance with refreshing but not mouth puckering acidity and enough brett to add complexity without any unpleasant barnyard excesses. The cherry notes were bright and unconfected. I think this sort of brew is currently beyond me but maybe I'll try one day.

Cracking porter, I brewed the BYO Bramling Cross clone recipe earlier in the year which I was happy with.
 
Been **** at posting here over the weekend, mostly because I haven't been drinking.

I had planned a few pints yesterday to celebrate the century ride but after a Guinness and dinner in the pub I was cooked.

Had hoped for a few today bit weather was poor and jobs list was running long. Jobs complete and I have had s bouncing headache. But I have a keg to empty so a couple of pale ale whilst I cooked pizza.
Leon totally sympathize there, did a 25 mile cycle recently, cant push it as my left ankle is giving me gip. Also I have 7 new doors to fit in the house in readiness for a visit from my pal and his Mrs from the Brighton area. He introduced me to proper beer which changed my life as he was an area secretary for camra. Anyways I digress I've not had a beer since Saturday and I still have 2 doors left to hang. some of them might even have door handles on them when he visits.

I'll certainly be cracking a few (beers not doors) open when they're all up.
 
A new brewery for me. Beer better than the artwork. It's a perfectly acceptable pale rather more in the British style (I couldn't possibly call it English in the circumstances) albeit apparently made with a Slovenian hop called Dragon. No great shakes but no flaws either. 4.5% on the holiday Tesco order. I could see a couple of pints of this going down very well on draft.

Just the one for me tonight but what an absolute cracker it is ! New to the style of saison so @samale sent me one of his Belgian Saison hopped with hallertau blanc.

I'm sure my beer description language untrained palate will not do this justice but here we go. Well carbonated and lively from the pour (as warned by @samale ). A nice hazy pale golden colour. The first mouthful I got a nice citrus aroma and taste with a nice crisp dry bite after. In between drinks almost a spicy feeling on the tongue. Really is moreish and didn't last long at all

Really beautiful refreshing beer that I could have several more off and has certainly added this style of beer to my ever growing to do list. Thanks again @samale , a really superb beer. athumb..

HSD, which stood for Hicks (the founder of St Austell Brewer) Special Draught, but was universally known throughout Cornwall as High Speed Diesel, was one to look out for at one time. Then it inexplicably failed to please, leading to the Brewery becoming known as St Awful.

I am delighted to say that the bottle bought from Tesco’s today was magnificent, and I urge you to try it.
