@Rodcx500z I am heading over end of October for a Richard Ashcroft concert. Hopefully I get a ticket for the Brighton Game as well but it's not easy at the min.
I must ask on the forum for some craft bars to visit. Love lane is one of one's I want to visit. I would love someone to recommend some bars I can try proper cask beer.
What is it?
A one can wilko ipa pimped with 1kg of medium dme some honey and golden syrup kit yeast and a pack of gervin

I'd love to know which hops are in it because it tastes savoury to me.

Next time you have one - reassess lol

I only bought this cos you said it was good - you are correct and I do love this brewery. I think I've got my favourite breweries sorted now. clapa

Drinking a Vintage ale from @Hazelwood Brewery . I have been holding onto this since March on instruction. 9.19% mixture of American hops and mangrove jack's new world yeast(very reliable in strong beers). Dark brown, very clear when held up to the light. Off White/creamy head. Good carbonation.malty, toffee with some fruit in the aroma. Flavour is malty, rich but fairly easy drinking for the Abv. Some sweetness but carbonation helps to keep it drinkable. No harshness from alcohol. Good beer 👌🏼 just the one though🥴

😂 It’s not ready yet!

Maybe I’ll try one.

Whilst moving things in the beer fridge I knocked this off the shelve and the lid opened ever so slightly. Thought I better drink it tonight before it spoilt.

Cracking sour.

You have beer left from March????
I do. These are beers in my King Kegs and intended for longer term maturation. I have a RIS that I’ve not tasted for weeks - must try that one and see how it’s coming on.

I should say this is only possible because I have 23 kegs so can afford to ignore a couple for a while.
