I am hoping this will take the edge some of the rage building up in me. Typically verdant, super soft and smooth. Not over powering with the citra.

So far though the rage is growing.

What's it like?
Really interesting. Boozy, dark fruits, typical Sam Smith's taste you will recognise if you drink Old Brewery Bitter in their boozers. I think I get an oaky vanilla wine sort of taste, but that might be my mind expecting that because if how it's made

It's very different to the old ales / barley wines I've tried before.

And, it's no session ale! Worth a try, despite its expense (nearly £6/bottle) - but then it's been aged for a year, and that costs. I would definitely buy this again.
 
The Galway bay ? Tis that. The grapefruit one was like elvis juice on steroids. Like hotel breakfast juice. Not the best I’ve had from them and it’s the first I’ve been unsure about.

Question for anyone who kegs. What pressure do you get from a full tank of co2
The pressure in a CO2 cylinder containing liquid CO2 is around 860 psi. Once the liquid has all gone pressure will drop very rapidly, so the pressure guage essentially can't read how full the tank is, it's more a go/no-go indication. The best way I've found to guage content is to use a bathroom or suitcase scales and measure the weight when full and then re-measure to work out remaining gas. Cylinder weights vary so the measurement when full is essential to give an accurate starting point.
PS to keep it relevant to this thread, I'm drinking an AG conversion of BrewUK's recipe for Summer Glow and an IPA which is my own rather random recipe to use up odds & ends of hops. It worked out quite nice. I've just brewed & bottled Greg Hughes recipe for Russian Imperial Stout aimed for Christmas drinking.
