This is @Broken Toe IPL and I'm really enjoying it, not a style that I've drunk much off, but its fruity with a malty backbone. Its perhaps slightly undercarbed, and theres a hint of cucumber which I'm not keen on, I think you used the punk'd up mix from cml, perhaps something from there. Other than that though I think you have the start of something that could be really great, would be interested to see the whole recipe.

It's not a bad first attempt at it, I think? Will definitely customise the hop schedule next time but I'm happy with the malt bill. I would like to build a bit more of a piney profile into it going forward.

Carbonation is an ongoing process. Trying to bottle from keg is not my strength.

Definitely got something going on here, yeah for me piney is the way forward, bit of simcoe for example would do nicely. It's a simple yet cracking recipe. I see you used 3 x packs of yeast, is that because of the og, would have thought 2 packs were enough?

I used 2½ in the end, I just used the built in calculator but left it as 3 as it also deals with my inventory levels as I really can't be dealing with having to walk to the garage when I need to build a new recipe.

Simcoe is exactly what I was thinking with a touch of Columbus as well...
