My Chevallier beer basically 50/50 Chevalier malt and MO with a bit of Torrefied wheat.
I can see "IPM SEI" backwards. Yes, nicely clear.Scampi Fries
Is that a Beerworks kit? I’m pretty sure I brewed one 3 or 4 years ago and it was quite strong.Mersey Dockers IPA, still a little young and fresh at only 3 weeks, but super tasty, floral toffee apple with a little spicy kick! Perhaps a little 'green' as the ethyl hexanoate while subtle is a little pronounced, but from experience this mellows with age... still, absolutely quaffable!! Yum!!

Probably better to try the Word Wheel first? And before digging in, a sneaky half of my Exmoor Gold.
Seeing as the basic ingredients are almost identical to the previous English Bitter, its amazing how different they are. Paler than the photo suggest.
Very different proportions though, to be honest.

I enjoyed their Presidents Sierra and one with a picture of a very early steam engine I think - like Stevenson’s Rocket.Yes, that's right, I am a big fan of their stuff, they are all great! not all to my taste, but absolutely no complaints, super easy and they always work as intended so long as you do your due diligence re. sanitisation and follow the instructions. The only one I did feel a little, and I do mean 'a little' disappointed with was the Blonde, it's definitely more of a Brunette

I’ve had a couple of malty ales so time for something a bit more hoppy, Summer Breeze.

I think as you gain confidence with all-grain you’ll worry less about gaps in the range of kits and fill it yourselfThat looks good, the one thing I am missing with the BeerWorks series is proper light ales, they all seem to be between amber and brown. I did speak to them recently about this and they said they are working on their lighter ales... keen to see what they come up with. I have to admit that even though I am getting into the whole grain brewing I can see myself regularly still fermenting their kits, they are too good and very reliable!
