Back home and following two dry nights am starting with Yorkshire Bitter AG in a Cumberland glass.

So so hard when they go, looks like he had a great life tho, rest well doggy!!
Nomatter what I do, this quote pops up. Don't even remember reading it, let alone quoting it.
Anyway, lit the only bonfire in Brittany (possibly in France) in honour of Guy Fawkes. Where are today''s parliamentary restructurists when you need them?
As for what beer? It's the back shelf: my 7.5% version of Old Peculiar, my left over bottles of last year's challenge to brew a Christmas Chocolate Stout and some over-strength Guinness. I shall finish with a vintage cider and throw up allover the dog in lieu of proper fireworks, but that's all to come.

Right - on to the freshly casked (Monday) version of Exmoor Ale.
The hole in the flavour progression at transfer is filling in.
Yes, it is becoming as yummy as people on here have said.
Good thing there are 20 Litres of it to check on its progress as it ages. 🍻👍
Bugger!
Just remembered the beer drinking family are around tomorrow night for fireworks.
Time to hide the garage key.

Now on to the English Bitter (the seemingly 74 IBU user upper).
Not cleared yet, obs.
But just up my street flavour wise.
Not yeasty either, despite the appearance. (or I'm taste-deaf to yeast - it's possible).
Another one to keep following as it ages.
Oh, the trials and tribulations of home brewing.

Apologies,
The empty glass photo should have gone with the previous posting "An empty Exmoor Gold"
