I used Pia yeast, I always find it works well with the hop's. I will give it another week and get a bottle sent over with the porterWhat's wrong with the colour?
Just seen your reply about the colour. I used CML Beoir yeast..it drops nice and clear but I think it seems to leave a very dry edge seems to strip some of the sweetness from the beer. Still trying to find my favourite amber yeast. need a high flocculation yeast with attenuation of 70-75% with a subtle yeast character ..maybe English and prefer a dry yeast.
