How's it tasting?

It's coming together, this was straight from my garage so I am guessing around 10 degree's. I can definitely pick up blackcurrant flavour of the brambling cross
Maybe slightly over carbonated

I will get a bottle sent over with my latest Belgian single ( well not really a single it's 6.5% ). I will bottle the Belgian tomorrow night

Pint of one of my ales that has the funny taste I'm trying to track down. I've decided to pour both kegs that suffer from it tomorrow, rather than hold on in the hope they improve as it's just a constant disappointment when they don't.

Next up my old ale thingy brewed with S-33 + CML Celtic. It's lovely, and has brightened me up no end, it's has also dropped bright really quickly, whilst keeping s33's esters. Winner winner.

I know that feeling, my current brew was meant to be a session West coast IPA....I have a feeling it could finish closer to 6%

It’s definitely one of the benefits. Another is that the best weather always seems to be on work-days Don’t worry, your time will come.
