What are you drinking tonight 2021?

I've done that one, very much enjoyed it. What hops did you use? I recall Bramling cross is what I used, but I think the kernel use different hops depending on what finish want

No mate. IIRC In the book it is suggested to try an American hop as a variation - Chinook perhaps? It's on the brew again list, maybe I'll change things up next time

Just got back to our hotel after a Tom Jones gig at Hop Farm in Kent last night. Spent 2 hours at the gig then queued for 2 hours to get out! As I was driving no drinking at the gig but had one of these waiting for me in the room...

I’m starting with a nice stout having just changed the keg. Because I had good stocks I took my eye off the ball to do other things, now I’ve given myself a wake-up by testing the weight of my kegs - five are empty, five are no more than quarter full. Only Pathfinder and the keg of stout I’ve just put on are plentiful

I do have a Pilsner and Bitter fermenting but it’s definitely time to get some brews on. Anyway, that stout…

Tonka stout. The Tonka needs more time to infuse but I can taste it even with little infusion time. The grated Tonka (0.3g) floats so I had to give it a stir and pour the beer through a sieve - hence the fresh glass.
