I took a gravity reading of my latest hazy pale. It's not smelling or tasting great. I think the high temps have taken effect. It's brewed using Bry 97, I have never used this yeast before. It's hopped with hallertau Blanc and mosiac.
I don't know if I should keg or not. I suppose I have nothing to lose if I do keg it.
BRY-97 is really clean, fantastic yeast in my experience. Hoping your beer improves with some ageing
