I need to get brewing. Next up is a Czech pilsner. Starter is on. This will be the first time trying this style. Plus I just bought 500g of citra, 250g of cascade and 250g of Chinook.
Sounds good I was thinking along the lines ofI love a Czech pilsner. I’ll send you the recipe tomorrow of one that I brewed last summer that was spot on after several variations

I'm really enjoying it..I can't decide how much of the Blanc is coming through compared to the Mosiac.
Mosiac is a big hitter I would imagine that the blanc would need to be at least 2:1 to give it a fighting chance
I like it, but much better on cask. Same with Oakham Citra. It's nice enough in the bottle , but it's better with less carbonation on cask.
Unfortunately no cask beer where I live, looking forward to getting over to England once the covid lifts
Not sure only had the original once in Brixham but my clone is a nice beer and thanks what counts I think.
