Glad you liked that one, I'm pleased with Lemondrop for a Saison (first time using it). I only have a couple of bottles left of that version as I Brett bottled conditioned most of the batch. Be interested to try the Hallertau Blanc in a Saison.@dave_77 lemon drop Saison. This is nice, highly carbonated as per style. Very much yeast driven in aroma and flavor with a firm bitterness. Light lemon citrus flavour in the background.
This is well balanced with a nice dry finish.
Some debate on another thread about Saison recipe's. This is a nice example my latest has hallertau blanc as the single hop.

I brought 450g of hallertau Blanc. It's went into a single hop Saison. Next up is a hazy pale with mosiac, something similar to turtle's all the way down I have been asking you about.Glad you liked that one, I'm pleased with Lemondrop for a Saison (first time using it).
