Your not entirely wrong, that said they have managed to avoid making it overly sweet and it does have a good underlying bitterness. Thinking though I’m going to need a West Coast IPA afterwards for contrast though.

Is that the kits Tesco we’re knocking out cheap ?

It was and perused Tesco for 3 or 4 weeks until I got fed up and asked a staff member who told me they were out back as they weren't selling.
£20 so I said put them out and I'll pass it on so come back 2 days later and they were gone.
Had never tried it before but low carbonation at 10psi and Vermont IPA yeast and it was a belter.

I know it’s not ready but it’s my first keg and I had to do it just for QC it is a bitter sat at 20psi I turned it down 10 and it poured ok well chuffed with this kegging

Both similar. Talus is paler and more yellow than the orange of the riwaka. Different taste wise but similar aromas. Can tell the Talus needs a bit longer to condition

Absoluteley DJ, i bottled my first batch of turbo cider last week, it reminded me how easy doing closed transfers to kegs is....and thats not counting the joys of having your brews on tap
