Still working through my Wiper & True box.
This English interpretation of a Saison is very Refreshing and tasty. Seems like a good use of Olicana hops. Interesting yeast combo too.. Yorkshire, champagne & Brett .very dry and very subtle Brett fruitiness..

Don’t often see typos on cans. I clearly haven’t had enough to drink yet!

A true brewers for a thinkers brewer. And some of their mixed ferm stuff is next level. Love it.

This is quite nice but part of me feels like it should be in the form of a cake

I think it's great that they give so much detail. It shows great confidence 👍

'Tis a bit young and needs a bit more gas but its delicious... My Experimental Cherry Saison! Don't ask me exactly what it tastes like as I've had a glass of dubbel and a Belgian Strong while I was brewing the Gumballhead...but there is definitely cherry and a subtle sneaky saison ester to the back taste.

Following this with great interest, I have a batch bottled.

Haven't tried it yet. Only bottled on the 10th of this month, but looking promising.

A few little tasters while brewing an impromptu Bohemian lager (inspired by @The-Engineer-That-Brews).

It's been sunny in Ormskirk but heavens are about to open following some big rumbles in the sky.

This one's a Saison and has been in the keg for 3 weeks. Intentionally made hazy but it's starting to clear!
